I need to change something in my order. How can I do it?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

HELP! I broke my Mayarica jewelry, what now?

Don't worry, we're here to help! We make our jewelry as resilient as possible, but, as with all handmade jewelry, beads sometimes fall out or a mechanism or chain can break. Your satisfaction is our highest priority - we will work with you to address the situation!

Does the Mayarica bull pendant come with a chain?

Yes, all our pendants come with 2 chains specifically made to best suit that design. One is a Silver/Gold chain to match the pendant you selected and another black rubber chain.

Can I order over the phone?

Currently, we do not accept payments over the phone. If .you are having trouble with the online payment please contact us.

How do I know if something is in stock?

We do our best to ensure items online are in stock. However, due to traffic online, items will occasionally sell out before showing as out of stock online. We will notify you of any issues with your order as soon as possible! You can also email us. We are here to help!

Why is my payment being rejected?

We have a strict payment security method.  f you think we did a  mistake, send us an email or use the contact form and we will resolve the issue. Specify the items you like and the currency you want to pay in (USD, MXN, etc).

Can I ship my order to an international location?

Yes, we can ship to most international locations. All shipping, customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift-box?

All orders include our original Mayarica gift box, with no extra cost. If you have special requests, please indicate this in the comments section while checking out.

Is my transaction safe?

All payment information is handled privately on a secure server and is not retained or seen on our end.

What is your Exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Mayarica jewelry, we want to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return items for store credit only within 7 days of receipt with all original packaging and Mayarica concierge will help you find a replacement. How can I become a retailer of Mayarica products?

Can I use more than one Mayarica discount offer on my order?

Our promotions/discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid on any sale items.

Why doesn’t my Mayarica promotional code work?
